We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, return on ad spend, search rankings, or revenue. Any estimates, projections, or sample data provided through our tools or proposals are illustrative and not a guarantee of future performance.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may involve configuring, managing, or integrating with third-party platforms such as search engines, advertising networks, social media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions, policy changes, or feature limitations.

4. Client Responsibilities

To perform our Services effectively, you agree to provide timely access to relevant accounts, accurate business information, approval on creative and campaign assets within reasonable timeframes, and payment according to your service agreement. Delays in providing access or approvals may impact timelines and results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, templates, and materials we create remain the property of Millennial PLS until paid in full, at which point final deliverables created specifically for your engagement are transferred to you to the extent agreed in your service agreement. You retain ownership of your business name, logo, content, and data. You grant us a license to use your brand assets and content as reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

6. Payment and Fees

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of Services. Setup fees and media budgets committed on your behalf are typically non-refundable.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose proprietary information to third parties except as required to provide the Services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millennial PLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
